GENERAL RULES

1. The induction process in the above specialties will be a biannual activity, carried out each year, for January & July inductions, as per CPSP regulations.
2. Candidates are required to fill out the online application form available on the website of CMH LMC & IOD (www.hireme.cmhlmc.com/apply).
3. A candidate can apply in only ONE specialty training program. However, he/she is allowed to mention a second preference.
4. The candidate will submit Rs5000/- as an "Application Processing Fee" for each application. The account number for fee submission is.

5. All candidates will appear in MCQ based entry test of the relevant specialty.
6. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for final interview.
7. Selected candidates will be offered ONE year contract. The contract is renewable each year, on a satisfactory performance report from the Supervisor, HOD of the respective department and Dean I0D.
8. Each post-graduate trainee will be offered a maximum of four x 1-year contracts of clinical training. Satisfactory completion of required four years of training will leads to the completion of trainees' contract.
9. In case, an existing demonstrator (already on job in CMH LMC & 10D) is selected for FCPS training, he/she must forfeit the current post and will be governed by the rules & regulations for postgraduate training.
10. The residents abide by the terms & conditions given in the contract deed, for the entire course of training.
11. The test format includes 20 MCQs from Basic Dental Sciences subjects and 20 MCQs from applied specialties.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• BDS Degree from a PM&DC recognized institution.
• Certificate of Completion of 12 months of House Job.
• Permanent PM&DC Registration
• Result of passing FCPS - I Examination (last 03 years).

3. CNIC (Front & Back)
4. All the Detailed Marks Certificates of BDS
5. Attempt Certificate: The number of attempts is usually mentioned in the detailed marks sheet. This is a certificate issued by the Head of Institution, stating marks and attempts in each professional examination
6. House Job Certificate
7. PMDC/PMC Permanent Registration Certificate
8. BDS Degree (If the degree is not issued yet, upload a token issued by University after applying for the degree.)
9. Position Certificates issued by respective universities (if any)
10. University Certificate showing distinction in each/any subject of university examination.
11. Work / Experience / Teaching Certificates mentioning subject / department and duration
12. Research Papers (Hard copies and / or DOI / web Links that open the article or its abstract directly.)
13. Proof of oral / poster presentations, clearly stating the event & dates
